Day 1 : Hanoi Arrival
You will be greeted at the Airport and transferred downtown to check into your hotel. Free time to explore a little of downtown and enjoy a stroll around Hoan Kiem Lake. Overnight in Ha Noi.
Day 2:
Opt1: Hoalu – Tamcoc - Night train to Sapa (B/L)
AM: Breakfast at your hotel. Depart at your hotel at 07:30 for Ninh Binh. Arrive in Ninh Binh at 09:00. Visit Hoa Lu – the ancient capital of Vietnam, includes King Dinh’s temple and Truong Yen valley. Transfer to Tam Coc, stop for lunch.
PM: Take sampans on the Boi river to visit Tam Coc – 3 wonderful limestone caves, exampled as “Halong on land”. Back to the ferry at 16:00 to get on bus to come back Hanoi. Arrive Hanoi at 18:00.
OPT 2: Perfume pagoda - Night train to Sapa (B/L)
AM: Leave your hotel at 07.45 for Perfume pagoda. Arrive there after 2 hour bus trip through Vietnamese villages. Take a walk to Yen wharf then get on the boat to visit Trinh Temple. You will have a short trek to climb up the main cave on the top of moutain (at 2.5km height). Stop for lunch at the restaurant.
PM: Visit Thien Tru pagoda for worshiping and breaking. Boat trip back to the Yen wharf. Return to Ha Noi and arrive at 18:00.
Free time in Hanoi until 20:15 pm then depart by private car to Railway station and catch the night train to Lao Cai (21:15 pm - 05:00 am).
Day 3: Lao Cai – Sapa (B/L)
Take the Bus or Van for a 1.10 hour drive up the stunning mountain range sculpted with tiered rice terraces to the town of Sa Pa nestled at 1632 meters. Lots of sight seeing en route. Start trekking at 09:30 to visit 2 villages named Cat Cat and Sin Chai, and see Cat Cat waterfall en route. Walk back to Sa Pa, check in and overnight hotel.
Day 4: Sa Pa - Bac Ha – Lao Cai (B/D) – on Sundays
Breakfast at your hotel. Leave Sapa for Bac Ha market at 08:00 a.m (around 145 Kms far from Sapa). Full day visit this most colorful and vivid minority market. 3 hours walk around the village of the Flowers H’mg ethnic people. Bus transfer to Lao Cai station for your night train to Hanoi. O/N on the train.
Day 5: Hanoi - Ha Long – Hanoi (L)
AM: Arrive Hanoi early in the morning (At approx 04:00 a.m), free time until departing for Halong at 07:30. Short break en route in Hai Duong city around 20 min for refresh. Arrive Halong at 11:30, then get on boat to enjoy this beautiful natural spot. Lunch will be served right after on the boat.
PM: Start the boat trip at 13:00 to visit Thien Cung and Dau Go caves – the most beautiful ones of Halong Bay. Then, cruise around the bay to see Halong’s beauty.
Back to the habour at 16:30, get on the minibus to return to Hanoi. Arrive in Hanoi at 19:00. O/N in the same hotel.
Day 6: Hanoi departure (B)
Free time in Hanoi for visting and shopping until airport drop off for your flight back. Tour ends.
